The Lucky Pineapple is a small, home-based bakery created by Taiwanese South African baker Denise, inspired by the flavours of her heritage and a lifelong love of food.

From pillowy Japanese-style milk bread and handmade mochi to traditional Taiwanese pineapple cakes, each product is made in small batches with a focus on quality, care and beautiful flavour.
