Baking Instructions
1. Defrost completely before baking.
2. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
3. Place croissants on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving space between them.
4. Once the oven has reached temperature, place the croissants in the oven and turn the temperature down to 180°C.
5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown, crisp and beautifully flaky.
6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Ovens may vary slightly — adjust baking time as needed.
